Kenaf Extra Light 22 kg/m³ is exactly that solution.

Lighter than standard hemp insulation, it's specially developed for structures where the combination of effective thermal insulation, vapour permeability and easy installation matters most. Hemp fibres create a natural thermal barrier — warm in winter, cool in summer.

About rodents:
Kenaf is significantly less attractive to mice and rats compared to conventional insulation — hemp fibres are not a food source and do not create suitable nesting conditions. No material offers 100% protection, but in practice hemp insulation is among the most resistant natural materials.
